This notice covers inquiries submitted through joinplasticglobal.com. JOIN Plastic is our North American brand, working with Shanghai Join Plastic Company and Shanghai Qusheng Plastic Co., Ltd. to review and fulfil packaging projects. What you choose to share

Your name, email address, company, delivery location, product choices, quantity and project requirements. This website form does not accept file uploads. Please send only material you are authorized to share. Leave out payment details, identity documents and unrelated personal information.

How we use your inquiry

We use your contact details and brief to assess your requirements, prepare a response or quotation, arrange samples and support a project you choose to pursue. Where needed, relevant details are shared with our colleagues supporting engineering, manufacturing and delivery in Canada and China. Sending an inquiry does not subscribe you to marketing.

You can review and edit your details before selecting “Send request”. We save the request only after you confirm. You receive a reference number; our team receives an email notification. A saved receipt confirms storage, not an accepted order, a confirmed quotation or guaranteed product suitability.

Where information is handled

Render hosts the website and its restricted inquiry records. Resend sends inquiry notifications and provides delivery events. Cloudflare R2 stores encrypted recovery copies. Notification emails are delivered to sales@joinplastic.ca. These providers may process information outside Canada, including in the United States, where local laws may apply. Our colleagues in China may review information needed for your project.

If drawings are needed, email them separately to sales@joinplastic.ca with your inquiry reference. Those files are handled through email, not through this website form.

Storage, access and recovery

Access to inquiry records is restricted to the people supporting the inquiry and website operation. We use encrypted daily backups for recovery; the recovery private key is kept separately from the website server. Service providers may keep technical logs to operate and secure their services.

We retain inquiry information for responding to you and supporting any resulting project, and where required for accounting, legal or dispute-resolution purposes. We review records when they are no longer needed. Removal from active records does not instantly remove email or backup copies: we handle those copies as part of a deletion request or a maintenance review, and do not use recovery copies for marketing.

Your choices and requests

Email sales@joinplastic.ca to ask what information we hold, request access or correction, ask for deletion, withdraw consent, or raise a privacy concern. Include your inquiry reference if available. We may need to verify your identity. We will explain any information we must retain and any limits on a request; withdrawing information needed to prepare a quote may prevent us from continuing that inquiry.

Cookies and other websites

The inquiry form keeps unsent details in the current page while you complete it. The owner workspace uses a necessary sign-in cookie. This website does not use advertising or visitor-analytics cookies. Links to social platforms, Alibaba and other websites have their own privacy practices.
